The first Chevrolet Camaro to ever come off the production line was black. And originally, the Camaro was going to be called the Panther.

Here’s a special on quite a rare car.
The very first, and only 50 Chevy “Black Panthers” before Chevy decided to call the car the Camaro. As of now there are only two known “Black Panthers” in existence. That makes it one of the rarest 1967 cars.

 

It’s estimated that less than 50 of these souped-up Camaros were produced, and only two are known to exist.
